Luke delivers combined treatments in consultation with clients and they may involve some of the following techniques:

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an aspect of Traditional Chinese Medicine that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to promote natural healing and improve overall well-being.

By targeting the body's energy flow, or "qi", acupuncture can restore balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. It is a safe and effective way to address a variety of health concerns and improve your quality of life.

Massage Therapy, Cupping and Gua Sha

Massage therapy, cupping, and gua sha are all therapy techniques that have been used for centuries to promote healing and relaxation. Massage therapy involves manipulating the soft tissues of the body to improve circulation, reduce stress, and alleviate muscle tension. Cupping is a practice that involves placing special cups on the skin to create suction, which can help to release toxins and improve blood flow. Gua sha is a technique that involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to promote circulation and reduce inflammation.

Combining these techniques with acupuncture can offer a range of benefits for both the body and the mind. These techniques can help to alleviate chronic pain, reduce stress and improve flexibility and range of motion, and promote overall well-being. By incorporating these therapies into your wellness routine, you can support your body's natural healing processes and enhance your overall health and vitality.

Reflexology

Reflexology involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet and hands, which correspond to different organs and systems in the body. The practice is based on the principle that these reflex points can influence the functioning of various bodily systems and promote overall health.

Qigong

Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice that involves coordinated body posture, movement, breathing, and meditation. It is believed to promote health and wellbeing by balancing the body's energy or "qi." By taking part in qigong classes you can experience the numerous benefits this practice has to offer, including improved physical and mental health, increased energy levels, reduced stress, and a stronger immune system. Qigong can also help with pain management, improve flexibility and balance, and enhance overall quality of life.
